I have the Kraken x53 on my 5600x and it stays nice and cool. Gaming it sits at 40-50c, idles around 25-35c. I’m pretty satisfied with the Kraken but both are probably solid choices. The x53 doesn’t have the pump with the temperature display right on it which I didn’t realize, the infinity mirror thing is still cool though.

I have the the pump plugged into the CPU header on the motherboard but it's only a three-pin connector so the RPM of the pump is constantly around 2700 RPM.
